NexGen Virtual with Webex
Webex users can now join meetings on NexGen Virtual Office without the hassle of switching windows.
How to connect NexGen Virtual Office via Webex
Download and launch the Webex desktop app for Mac or Windows. Sign into the Webex client with your user id and password. Follow the next steps to connect to install the NexGen App:
Select the Messaging icon from the left toolbar and the MySpace option from the Spaces menu.
Click the + Apps to add a new App.
Scroll down the list of apps until you find the NexGen Virtual Office App and select it.
Select the Messaging icon from the left toolbar and the MySpace option from the Spaces menu.
Click the + Apps to add a new App.
Scroll down the list of apps until you find the NexGen Virtual Office App and select it.
Log into NexGen Virtual
To login to NexGen Virtual office:
1. Enter your name.
2. Enter the person you are visiting and select them from the dropdown list.
3. Click the VISIT button.
You will enter the lobby and the system will alert host so he/she may summon you into their office. Once in their office, you both will share a video conference and you will also have chat to exchange messages, files, etc.
Once finished with your visit, simply click the Log Out button on the top-right corner of the toolbar.
